GDPR – Right to be Forgotten

The ‘Anonymisation’ workflow activities introduced in the product as of version 2017 R3, as it says allows the anonymisation of personal data of users managed in product.

This feature has been implemented in order to be compliant with the right to be forgotten as defined in the GDPR.

It requires this add-on to be installed in order to automate the anonymisation of data using the workflow engine.

This new activity allows to anonymise information stored in identity and owned accounts objects, it is possible to customize what attributes to anonymise through the project configuration.

A dashboard is also provided to allow you to manage and launch anonymisation in your project.
